@comcast. Please take the time to reply to this post. You support all other iOS devices and families with kids will just about die without Nick Jr Apple TV app. Exaggeration I know but parents get it.
Also it's 2017 where is Nick Jr HD. Why is this a problem?
Comcast employees have responded on other threads that they are not providing access to some other network apps at this time and that if there is no menu choice to verify Comcast nor Xfinity then the only access to the programming is by using the Xfinity Stream app.
I guess my question is can we get an answer? Never, soon, unlikely, or next month? Not at this time doesn't help and is sloppy customer focus.
did you see the post right above your
lasppt last question?
Hey Rusty unless you plan on helping stop posting. I'd prefer someone from Comcast to comments.
I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.
Hello, JPjandrucko. We’re always evaluating the content and channels we offer customers, so Nick Jr may be available in HD in the future. To submit your interest in Nick Jr HD, please visit here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/channel-availability-faqs/. While at this time we may not be authenticating on the Nick Jr app, Nick Jr content can be viewed on the XFINITY Stream App or at tv.xfinity.com. I will pass along your feedback regarding this feature.
Thanks Max. Please also pass along we need the stream app for Apple TV. I and many others would be willing to pay a month fee for use of the stream app. Might be worth it as a revenue stream.
