Can you please be a bit more specific? Which app (TV, TV Player, ...?) and what kind of requests. I've been having problems with the TV App (not the Player) on Android for weeks now. ("An unknown error occurred during this request. Please try again.) I tried an email to the address listed in the app description on the App Store, and they said contact Chat or Phone support. I contacted Chat, and got a very unhelpful "we're working on it" but I'm not even convinced he really believed me about the error. The Player app seems to work fine for me. All I want to do is seem my local listings. I've seen this mentioned in several posts on the forum here, but no real response, other than to reinstall the app, which has not done anything for me. Is there any was to escalate this to someone who cares?
