Queue not showing up on tv/box?

Queue not showing up on tv/box?

For some reason a couple a months ago my queue worked but since I didn't know much about it I didn't use it.  Now that I want to use it, it doesn't work.  I am able to add things through the website but they never appear on my tv.  Any help Comcast?

Now I am getting a QU-S50 error message.
