Queue not showing all shows

Queue not showing all shows

I just went through and added a bunch of tv shows on the queue, and none are showing up.  If I go back to try and re-add it to the queue, it says that it's already in my queue, but there are only 3 when I go into the queue that actually show up.  I was when I added all the shows and still am logged in.

Try signing out and then sign back in and see if they appear.

I dont know about the other poster, but my queue is not deleting, and Ive signed out and in several times over the last several days, deleted cookies and cache. No change. Still all the same stuff is in there. I've tried all the basic suggestions Ive read for standard problems with xfinity. Suggestions?

When you delete it, does it act like it has been removed or does it not let you delete it at all?

Hi Joe,

It acts like it has been removed, saying "...has been removed from your queue", with the choice to either add back to the q, or close. I've done both of those choices, and also simply refreshed after this point, but it doesnt change when i come back to the queue. Hopefully this late afternoon Friday post gets seen. Thanks.

I should also mention that it has worked on occasion recently, almost like system is choosy about which ones it cares to delete Smiley Happy. Prior to a couple weeks ago, btw, this was never a problem.

I'm also having this problem.  I'll try to add movies to my queue, it will say theyre in the list, but they aren't.  I also can't successfully delete things from the queue. Tried logging in and out a few times, but it didn't fix the problem.

What specific shows/movies are you trying to add/remove from your Queue? I would like to test it out.

For my part, it seems like things are working again, as of yesterday I think. I just tested adding and deleting the son of no one movie and and babe pig int the city, and it worked properly, though I havent logged out of the account nor closed the browser and tried again.

 

So gratitude to whoever/whatever addressed this.

Ok, scratch what I said yesterday. I see a bunch that I had deleted before and not seen in the queue upon refreshing yesterday. This still is a problem.

 

Here are the ones that should not be in there right now. All should be deleted, so test away with these.

Babe: Pig in the City

Cold Souls

Girl with Dragon Tattoo

The Nature of Existence

The Son of No One

Steamboy

 

Murder on the Orient Express

 

And also I had deleted the Last Temptation of Christ and did not see it yesterday, but I will keep that one in the queue.
