Programming MY DVR from my computer

I used to be able to program my DVR from my computer and about mid-September My DVR stopped showing up on the computer

It is a known issue.

  

From now on, you will have to use the smartphone TV app to program your DVR.

X1 subscribers with Cloud DVR can also schedule and manage their DVR from the new XFINITY TV portal. Non-X1 subscribers are encouraged to use the XFINITY TV Remote app for iOS and Android devices.

I am having the same issue, being unable to access the DVR controls thru the Xfinity website. I do not have a smartphone and have no plans to acquire one. Will DVR controls be re-enabled on the website at some point?

At this time with the new directives in place, it is highly doubtful.
