Program erroneously stated to be unavailable to add to TV Watchlist

I'm having trouble with one specific program. I can watch it on On Demand on the physical television set, yet when I go to add it to my Watchlist I am told it is only available to view online, when that is clearly not the case. I have spent hours with tech support, being sent from one to the other, and after 8 techs and departments, they still cannot tell me why the online and tv [availabilities] don't match. The box has been reset, and yes, the tv and online account are synced.
