Problem watching Premium channel tv on my computer.

Problem watching Premium channel tv on my computer.

For some reason I cannot watch premium channels on my computer.  It acts like it does not realize that I have all the premium channels.  It even shows that I must subscribe to TNT..... What can fix this?

I also have had the same problems with watching premium channels on my computer starting Sunday January 15th. I have watched them many times beforew with no problem. I am now being prompted to subscribe to watch channels I already subscribe to....HBO for example. Customer support said I should try switching from Internet Explorer 9 to another browser....then said it was a problem in my area.  Since 1/15/12 I have manged to get it to work twice by logging in and out but now can't again. It seems kind of random and episodic.

Hi all,

 

Try deleting your cookies and cache then try watching videos again.

After calling Comcast 2 times, it finally starting working for all premium channels.  I have not tried it today, but hopefully it still works...
