Previously able to watch online videos and now getting a "Refresh" message

We have been watching Xfinity Tv for well over a year on our computer (and Chromecasting to our TV). In the last few days, it has been asking us to "refresh" the page and the video is supposed to reload and work but alas, it continues to ask the same thing and never load (we have tried this with different shows and it says the same thing). We've restarted the computer, logged off and back onto our account, any other thoughts as what to do? Help! we've loved being able to watch online!

What website are you accessing to view "Xfinity TV"?  Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried a different computer?  I know you want to Chromecast, but first try to eliminate some of the variables on your end.
