Pressing Record opens DVR manager instead

When I try to record from the website it just opens DVR Manager and nothing happens.

Are you trying to record from the TV Listings page? Are you clicking record and it is taking you to your DVR manager page but not setting the recording?

 

Please be as specific as possible.
