Please Read: Error 3050

Hi all,

 

In regards to the 3050 error that some of you may have encountered, we are aware of the issue and we are diligently working to identify the cause and resolve the problem. In the mean time please try to refresh your browser and manually fast forward past the point where you are experiencing the 3050 error.

 

We realize that this is not an optimal solution but it is the best we have at current. It is our commitment to deliver products and services that work every time. Rest assured that this is a priority for us that we are working hard to resolve the problem. 

 

As of right now though, I do not have any new information to pass along. Once I do, I will update this thread here:

UPDATE:

 

We’ve identified the source of the issue and are working rapidly to replace all affected videos.  Some of the affected videos have already been replaced, so if you were having an issue, please try the video again.  Some customers will see positive results sooner than others and we will let you know when all videos have been fixed.

 

We understand how frustrating this has been for our customers and are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Our team has been working tirelessly to identify the source of the error, which turned out to be particularly difficult to locate.  We truly appreciate your patience.
