If videos are working in Google Chrome but not in Internet Explorer 9 than it sounds like there is an add-on or extension that is preventing videos from playing in IE9.

 

Try disabling any ad blocking add-ons or extensions in IE9 and try to play videos again.

 

Let me know the results.
