Playback Issue :: 502

Playback Issue :: 502

Trying to play a show on an iPad that was recorded on X1 DVR.  Show plays back fine on DVR/TV.  On the iPad, I get the following error message:

 

Playback issue :: 502

Something has gone wrong

 

Other recorded shows play back fine on iPad.  We are in our local comcast network.

 

Can someone elaborate on the error message?
