I am 2 seconds from cancelling Comcast all together. Past three days, I cannot watch any tv shows on Demand, nor can I watch online. It says I need a subscription when I already subscribe. I was due to upgrade my cable box, but it was rescheduled. I believe they have upgraded my services even though I do not have an upgraded box. Comcast has no idea how to fix this.

I apologize for technical difficulties you have been having. I will work with you to get your issue moved toward resolution. I notice you called and went through various troubleshooting steps with an agent. Due to the troubleshooting steps not working I feel the next option would be to have a technician come out and troubleshoot the equipment. Is this acceptable?
I have Friday(tomorrow 4/29) 3pm-5pm, nothing Saturday however.
I have scheduled the technician scheduled for tomorrow 3-5pm.
Hi LaureninDC, while waiting for the tech visit, I have refreshed entitlements on your account can you please retest your channels online? If you are still having issues can you please give me examples of channels giving you the need subscription message, and could you please respond to my private message with your email/username you are using.
