PLEASE HELP. READY SWITCH TO FIOS.

PLEASE HELP. READY SWITCH TO FIOS.

Wasted my whole DAY W People AT COMCAST. LOST WHOLE AY WAGES.  READY SWITCH FIOS. NOW I HAVE NEW BOX AFTER 8 hrs w Tech.  APP DESNT WRK NOW W NEW BOX.  I DELETED 10 TIMES.   I HAVE MOTOROLADCX3400M.   Error says doesn't recognize TV. PLEASE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS SOMETHING HELP.  ENTIRE DAY LOST

It can take up to 24 hours for the box to fully sync with the app. Are you still seeing this issue?
