Orange Keys

I am having the same problem as was posted in the thread "Orange Keys" I have reset my cache/cookies signed in and out etc. yet I still am unable to watch HBO or Starz or any other premium channel while I have all of them and was able to watch them jsut a few days ago.

Go here and remove all your devices and then try again.

 

Let me know the results.

I removed my devices and all the keys are still orange...on the home screen sometimes it shows up as playable and soemtimes with an orange key but no matter what once I click on the movie/video it shows up with an orange key saying I need to be a Starz subscriber or HBO etc. Even though I have all of those subscriptions.

Still having this problem. On the home screen it shows as playable, yet then displays an orange key/message saying i need Starz subscription to watch.

Any word on this? The problem now seems to be only happening with Starz.

I'm having the same problems...but with Showtime and Starz. Orange keys. All devices cleared...been cleared. Using Safari if that matters. Tried using the app on my iphone earlier and also had orange keys. Definitely subscribed to all movie channel. What's going on?

I was happy when I got a response so quickly the other morning....now I am just left hanging still can't watch anything on Starz : /

Are these channels working on your TV? Are you two the primary log-in for your account?

Yes I am usingthe primary login to the account, and I am not sure if they are working on the TV I am not at my house with access to it.

I see HBO on your account but not Starz. Please check to see if Starz is working on your TV.

If you could look again Starz should be there now, but I am still getting orange keys over it.

I still do not see Starz on your account. Please let me know if it is working on your TV. If not, it may be a billing issue.

Everything is now orange (HBO, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax) online while it works on the TV

I'm having the same problem! It was working fine two days ago and I can no longer access HBO Go bc it's asking me to subscribe although I'm already subscribed to all of the premium channels. It works on my tv and I'v emptied my cache/cookies, as well as deleting the 3 devices...still not working. When I tried calling comcast they were of no help. This is ridiculous! I need to finish watching the final episodes of Six Feet Under uggh

I'm having the same problem as well, and it happens every single weekend- I can never watch things on Saturday or Sunday on the computer yet they work during the week, and we have subscription to them.  Right now I'm trying to watch Hoarders on A&E which we have a subscription to and is working on the tv.

I have the exact same problem every weekend. Getting sick of Comcast but I have a two year contract. I've had billing issues with them from day one....and they've even admitted it's their mistake, and yet.....so frustrating. Tired of their same old excuses.

I am having the same problem.  I watch a couple of Soprano episodes then I get the orange keys. Then after some time it goes away and comes back.  Driving me crazy.

I'm having the same problem AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Getting really tired of this, it's a constant issue.  I can't even watch TNT because of this.  All works on our TV. We're about ready to switch to Direct TV!!!

Well...back to the orange keys again. Watched one episode of Spartacus and one episode of Entourage and then right back to orange keys over everything yet again.

We were having some technical issues on our end on 2/13/12 around 6:30 PM EST. Customers were seeing orange keys even if they subscribed to the content.

 

The issue was resolved around 9:00 PM EST. Please try watching a video again and see if it works. Please let us know if it is working or not

Are you trying to watch videos from HBO's site or from XfinityTV.com?

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Ok I've tried firefox/safari and I'm still getting the orange keys.
