Option for Episodes keeps disappearing

Option for Episodes keeps disappearing

Hi, I've been trying to watch Supergirl and Good doctor on demand at https://tv.xfinity.com/entity/5070814873803149112 . but the option to watch the episodes keeps disappearing when I go to click on it.  Like it shows its loading. then once the page loads it goes away.    It seems to be completely random on which shows it works and doesn't work for.    Any idea why this would be happening?  Thanks!

Hello xfinityuser23. I can assist with troubleshooting your On Demand issue. Can you please tell us which web browser you are using to view the program, and please try a different web browser to see if this happens there as well?
