Only available on your home WiFi network

Hey i'm having a bit of trouble trying to stream tv channels directly through my computer that is connected through ethernet on the xtv.comcast.net/grid site.

I think the reason is due to the fact that my computer still recognizes a different account that I used prevoiusly, that i now have no affliations with, before I connected to my (own) new one.

clicking on channel 2 pops up this message

"Channel 2 is only available on your home WiFi network.

Filter by TV Go to view content available out of home."

I have to reiterate, i am connected at my own home. From my desktop computer, through ethernet, to the modem/router. I have also had the internet signal resent, and the modem/router reset as well.

I would also like to state that in the "saved" tab, i go to the "recordings" tab and i still get recordings that are from the previous service that I no longer have or affiliated with.

Any advice would be helpful, and i can also answer any questions that could and would help me as well.

Update, i do think it's a DNS problem, though I am working on resolving that as i post this
