Only When I Use Remote App

For some reason only when I record shows from my iPhone the titles of my records are not showing in "my DVR" directly on my box. If I record from my box I do not have this issue. Its pretty frustrating trying to figure out what is what can someone help me with this. Thanx

This clean install should clear out any issue that persists.

if the titles are not showing up on your cable box, what does it say? Does each program say "Title not Available" or something along those lines?

 

Make sure that you have the right zip code and service area selected on your app. Make sure that the guide on your TV and the guide on the app match up as close as possible.

Ok I think it records now but now after the reinstall Im getting a guideway 1 error code whenever I try to record from the app now

Ok it went away after I did another re-install but now I'm going through entirely different issue. This is frustrated
