Only 1 cable box showing up on the XFinity app

Only 1 cable box showing up on the XFinity app

Only 1 cable box shows up on my X Finity app now. I renewed my service with Comcast and now only 1 cable box shows up. Does anybody know how to make the other 1 show up?

what is the make and model of the box now showing up?  the app pulls the info from your account.  If you account is not set up correctly that is why it might now show.  are you logging in with the primary users credentials?  what does it say on your computer in your account about cable boxes and devices.

I am having the same problems.  I reinstalled the app and it recognized one box as compatible and four others that are not.  I know 2 of the others are not compatible, but 2 of the are on the approved list.  It's been months and no one seems to be able to resolve this.

 

The two missing boxes are:

  • MOTOROLA PC110RFR (# PAEY01416699)
  • MOTOROLA DCH3200R (# M10733TEJ562)

I've tried unplugging the boxes from the power and the cable and reinstalling the app and nothing works.  I log in with the primary account credentials and everything is up to date in my account settings.  I'm out of ideas.

Hey ComcastJoe,

 

It's been a few months and I'm still in the same position.  The last time I spoke to a rep on the phone they said they were going to escalate the issue to the national level and I haven't heard a thing since.

 

Are you able to provide any additional information about the mismatches on my account?
