Online channel subscription not correct

Online channel subscription not correct

Today I tried to watch disney online and it said I did not have this channel in my subscription. I checked the tv and it worked just fine. Please help if you can!!!

Do other videos like Cartoon Network and Comedy Central work online and on your TV?

yesterday channels like cartoon netwok and nick were not working but now they are. Disney channiel is still not working online. thanks for your help in adavance.

Disney Channel and other channels I know we subcribe to are not working again. They work on TV but not online. Can you please help?

What other channels are not working?

 

Are these channels still working on your TV?

 

What error message are you getting when trying to watch these channels online?

I just checked andthe channels are working fine online and TV.
