Online channel listings not working.

Online channel listings not working.

I'm referring to the one on the XFinity website, not the on-screen guide on the TV. Get a "sorry, we're working on it" since yesterday. I am in N.J., 08562.

Right-O  Still no online tv-listings asof Friday afternoon.   I wonder if "We're working on it"   is a $billing credit$  ?

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time.

 

I don't consider an outage of 4+ days to be "very soon"

I have been having the same issue for days now.

Same for me. ZIP 19086. TV listing out since Friday April 1, 2016. Spent 1/2 hour on phone with 4 different people at Comcast. Yes a dumped my cookies, cleaned cache, updated flash and java. IE11, Windows 7. Also didn't work on  Chrome.

Appreciate that, Zach. Mine worked yesterday, not today. It seems to be a hit-and-miss thing. No problem with the on-screen guide on the TV, just the guide on your website.

it's been out for over a week for me. blank black listing asking me to try and refresh page , I refresh and it is still blank listing but now says you are working to fix the problem.

As a matter of fact, my online channel guide is giving the "Sorry, got a problem" message today; used it last night with no problem. One day it's fine, the next day it isn't, the next day.....etc. By later on today or tomorrow, it might be okay again.

Hello comcastzach,

 

Okay, it is Friday night and the channel list is blank again. Just yesterday someone level 2 tech support called. I told him the list was working. Yes, I cleared the cookies and cache and refreshed. Also shutdown and restarted.

thank you but a comcast rep called me last night and problem was fixed after clearing my google chrome cookies and history.

It's Friday night again. The TV listings are blank again.

Not working on IE 11. Windows 7 Home 64 bit.

Yes, i rebooted, dumped cookies and cashe.

Address listed above in a previous comment.

Chrome is working okay.

My guide has been back up for a day or two now.  I also had a call from someone at Comcast about the trouble ticket.

Still not up on my PC.  On my Kindle, it first come up with the wrong zip code.  Then when I sign in, I get the error message again.

Yep - the "Sorry" line comes up most of the time, then when I finally get the TV listing guide, it says it doesn't have any information for the program I want.  So far, I'm disappointed with this.  When it works, it works well - but most of the time it doesn't work at all.

TV listing back on for the computer that uses Windows 7 Home 64 bit. I did nothing.

 

The computer that has Windows 8.1 64 bit still blank. Then updated Java 8.77 to Java 8.91. Listing back on.

Okay, it's been several weeks of this. How much more time you need to work on this?

Out on Windows 7 home, Windows 8.1 IE 11 and probably Windows 10.

Chrome works.

 

Cookies, cache, history dumped. Browser refreshed, restarted PC. Logged out of Xfinity then in. Java and Flash updated.

Arris gateway cycled off and on.

Anything else I should do?
