Online Programs - Stalling - Buffering - distorted audio?

All online programs constantly stall both audio and video.  Too annoying to watch.

 

YES - I have completed all of COMCAST TROUBLESHOOTING directions several times. 

Internet still drops constantly making any online video playback too annoying to view. 

 

The only thing more annoying are the constant advertisments telling me how fast and reliable Comcast internet service is. 

 

The only thing Comcast has increased is my monthly bill for declining service.

I fully agree!  For the last few months. I have had nothing but high latency and distorted videos.  I am lucky to get a latency of less then 140 ms, usually it runs 200+.  It should be less then 30ms.  Yes, I have rebooted the modem, router, cable box, computer, etc.

NO COMCAST - ISSUE has NOT been resolved  - Just people commenting on having the same issue.

No response from Comcast on fixing issue

For those of us in Washington State we can also complain via Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission...
