One DVR works with DVR Manager and one does not

I'm having the same problem.  One DVR works and the other says This DVR does not support this feature.  Comcast tech replaced the one that doesn't work with a new cable box.  Still does not work.

The only DVR box you have that is compatible is the DCX3425M which you have named DVR 2.

 

Go here to see a list of all compatible boxes.

 

If your cable box is not listed, you may be able to exchange your current cable box at a Comcast Service Center. Please see site for more details.

Solution

The service is now working.  Comcast initialized the service and after about 24 hours the service is working on both boxes.l
