One Cable box stopped working with mobile DVR setup and xfinity app

One of my cable boxes has stopped being recognized with my xfinityTV mobile iPad, despite working on Thursday with it perfectly fine.  other identical boxes on my account still work perfectly fine.  It's listed in the approved boxes to use with the app too.  What happened?

Start first by power cycling the box, so the apps re-load fresh.

I already have, and reinstall the app.  It still doesn't work.

Then please contact Comcast support and they can check the codes on your account and decide what will be the next step for it to show up.
