On-line GUIDE deficiency

Six-months after "improvements' to the on-line GUIDE, there is still no FAVORITES filter available under "All Listings."

 

The lack of same forces the user to scroll through over 100 channels in order to find the few that are to be recorded.

 

Unacceptable waste of time.   The former GUIDE did not have this limitation, and neither does the TV-based GUIDE.

 

A fix is overdue.

Precisely. That's why I deleted the xfinity app from my computer and use ZAP2IT.COM instead. A six hour grid vice 2, a way to list just your favorites, etc. Not sure why Comcast did what it did but it's online service stinks. Someday I'm going to get bold and pull the plug. Tired of paying for ESPN and dozens of other channels I NEVER watch.
