I just tried to watch a movie online and it's only in Spanish--ridiculous! And I happened to notice this has been happening for months--what is the problem? Do you only want Spanish speaking customers now?

this happens all the time, unfortunately it takes someone from comcast to flip the english switch, since its a holiday weekend it might not happen for a while.
