On Demand won't work on network channels

I downloaded the XFinity MyAccount app, but cannot find anything under troubleshooting that fixes the problem.  Others seem to have reslved it.

X1 tv?  Don't know what that is.  I have a sony.

 

This problem just started about a month ago.
