On Demand not working online

I am trying to access On Demand through the internet and it is telling me that I do not subscribe to any of the channels that are available such as HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime, but I am currently paying for these channels. Can anyone help with this? It looks like several people are having the same types of issues.

Trying deleting your cookies and cache and then try watching the video again. Let me know the results.
