Nothing Will Play!

Nothing Will Play!

When trying to stream I get either of these messages.  I am definitely in the US. And there is no one in my household streaming anything. I live by myself...

 

"Sorry, playback is unavailable
XfinityTV videos can only be viewed from within the US. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, please connect to a different network and try refreshing your browser."

 

"You have reached the maximum of 3 allowed video streams for your household.
You must stop playing one of your current streams to play another. Please visit our Help Section to learn more."
