Note to anyone at Xfinity who cares

To management: 5 times I had to call. Every time your voice activated answering didn't respond correctly,when I got it to send me to what I needed I was disconnected in transfer. Two nights in a row my/your remote had to be reset. Your services are not worth the money anymore. Badly trained agents.
