I can.t seem to be able to watch onlne. I get this error:

It doesn't get fixed when I log out and back on
I've been getting the exact same error message for about a month now. I was able to get it to work once, about 2 weeks ago. Since then, nothing. I work out of town a lot, so using this feature would be amazing...if it ever actually worked.
I've searched the exact error message: Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch, and nothing comes up on the forums other than this thread. Has anyone gotten a response on how to fix this or what the problem is yet??

they don't post the solution if it requires adjustments/repairs to the customers account made by comcast.
