Not able to watch additional channels after upgrade from Digi Eco to Digi Preferred

We upgraded from digital economy to digital preferred. Been 3 days now, still not able to see preferred channels like FREEFORM, ESPN etc. Have called comcast multiple times but cust serv is worst...no help...issue still exists.

 

Please help. We have one x1 box and I am watching it online on xfinity website. Interface for both is same, so if one works other would work.
