Not able to change channels via web site channel listings

Not able to change channels via web site channel listings

I sign into Comcast channel listings via my MacBook.  I was always able to change channels.  I no longer have the abiltiy to do that.  When I click on Watch on TV...it says No compatible cable boxes found!!  How is that?  I can change channels via my iPad, but no longer frim my MacBook.

 

I called Tech.  They said they would reset my account.   And still no ability to change.  This was working fine until two weeks ago.

 

Very frustrating!!!

I noticed a similar issue when using the web based tv listings.  Only 2 of 3 set top boxes can be selected.  My main DVR box no longer shows up.  It works from the on demand page and it works from my android devices.  Just the web based tv listings page has the issue.

This is strange because as of two weeks ago, it was working fine.

They just need to fix their webpage.

 

Does anyone from Comcast monitor these forums that can notify the correct department to implement a fix?

It appears they fixed the website today.
