There's a volume control in the video player on the website that allows you to change volume and mute.  You will also want to ensure that SAP is turned off.  Beyond that, make sure you have sound turned on and speakers connected to your computer.

While watching "on demand" shows on my laptop, I am not getting sound..  Specifically - I noticed this for Bravo shows that have aired within the last week (but also others - E, etc).  My settings are all fine, and for example, if I go to a past episode, the sound is fine.  Also, I have no problem with the sound while watching live tv, etc.  I've cleared my cache, checked settings again and done everything else I can think of. This is a recent problem - have never encountered before. Ideas on how to solve?

Me as well. Only most recent episodes though. The older ones work just fine.

Yep, as noted in the thread I linked to, there are several shows with this problem. The content team is still identifying the problematic assets and removing them until we can get new versions with sound from the provider. (The provider thinks they know what went wrong, incidentally, and is working on fixing it.) We apologize for the delay in getting these shows to you!

Yes they know, the shows are missing the sound track. They will replace them when the providers update.

download BOOM 2 and select it as your audio output. Worked for me,

new restrictions drove me crazy. I hope it's not something Xfinity did on purpose, but that's the solution.

This thread is a different problem, some shows are missing the sound track. If you experience no sound on any show the problem is with Adobe flash. Possible fix is here - http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/XFINITY-Stream-Website/Bose-wireless-headphones-quit-working-with-xfini...
