No option to watch DVR recordings

No option to watch DVR recordings

I recently downloaded the TV app for my tablet, it works fine except that I have no option for my DVR recordings. I do have the X1 box and a rep told me that cloud services were available in my area. I was wondering if there is something that needs to be flagged in my account or was the rep totally wrong on this one, which wouldnt surprise me.

You don't have a DVR on your account, just HD boxes.

Call in to,have cloud dvr rate codes added to your account, they are presently not there. You will not be able to see any past recordings, only from the time the codes are added and onward

Can you add the code to my account or is it phone only? I thought I saw other people in the forums have it done for them.
