No longer able to to manager DVR from xfinity website

Please create a trouble ticket:

 

Following restoration of On Demand via some "fix" in the recent past,...:

.

No longer able to to manager DVR from xfinity website.
.
.a) from: "http://my.xfinity.com"
.
.b) scroll down to the: "I Want To" area
.
.c) click on: "Manage My DVR"
.
.d) the attempted link is: "https://tv.xfinity.com/recordings"
.
.e) which then fails over to just: "https://tv.xfinity.com/"

These forums are peer-to-peer support areas and not direct links to Comcast.  No trouble ticket can be created from the forums as users like yourself cannot do this.
