No Eligible DVRs



I have been struggling with the xfinity TV remote app for the last three weeks (since signing on with comcast). I have chatted and spoken with customer support to fix the issue. However, it is still ongoing.


My app constantly switches between accessing the DVR and everything working fine to "no eligible tvs." Everytime I contact support by phone, they say it's working because it is, but then the next morning when I test the app, it's back to the "no eligible tvs." I know my box is supported.


I just want the app to work consistently. Please help!

Mine use to work, and now doesn't. It's almost as if Comcast shut it off without my permission. What is going on? Seems many people are having same issues.
