No Audio on selected channels

No Audio on selected channels

Called yesterday AM regarding no audio on about 25-30 channels, two of which are our favorites. Two TV's use the small boxes, neither have our expected audio. Yesterday I was advised by recording that there was a system issue that was expected to be resolved by 1600 local time.

 

One TV has the large box on it and audio was lost on these chanels only briefly.

 

After 1600 I checked to find no change. Hard booted both units again to no avail. Called three times and after waits of 5 to 18 minutes each time was told by the voice on the other end that they could not hear me and to call back, click!! Please tell me how to get this fixed ASAP!

If the small boxes are the very small DTA digital adapters, try pressing the LANG button on the adapter remote.
