New customer, can't watch some programs.

New customer, can't watch some programs.

Signed up for service today and I can watch some things online, but not others.  It tells me I need a subscription to watch AMC and HBO, but I already subscribe to them.  Also I can't get authorized for HBO Go on my computer, do I have to have Xfinity internet for that?

your account is probably not set up in the system yet, it does not happen automatically.

Are AMC and HBO working on your TV?

Yes they both work on my tv. I don't subscribe to any other premium channels.
