Need to delete old primary account after moving, online services not available

Need to delete old primary account after moving, online services not available

Can not watch TV on my computer because I moved and added my new account to my old account and now it shows I have no services when trying to watch online. There are no help files on how to fix this, at least not within the past 3 years. I don't neccessarly need to delete the old account I think I just need to switch the primary account to the new account. 

 

I prayed to God to forward a message to the Pope, to see if he could stop by the Comcast headquarters in Philly this weekend and look into a solution. 

 

This post is my backup plan on getting the issue resolved.
