NO ACCESS TO ONLINE CONTENT

I have no access to almost every channel online that I've subscribed to on cable.  Message says "subscription required".

I think they must be having an issue as I have never had this issue before.

It's never worked properly for me.

 

Hey Comcast, do you ever address these forums or is this just so I can vent my frustration?

I'm having the same problem tonight.  Can't access programming online that I subscribe to on  cable.

Week later and I still can't access Game Show Network which I do have a subscription to.  What is going on?

I cannot access ABC online either. It says am not subscribed, but am!

Now I get cannot watch video in private mode with firefox.  I am not in private mode, have not used private mode.  Just one problem after another.

just spent quite awhile with a tech in the online chat who had me reset browser, only to lose then tech when computer rebooted.

 

Now after reboot get message that my computer was inprivate mode.

 

I just upgraded to this package on last Saturday and cannot get any show to work. Smiley Sad

Well this morning March 2nd everything appears to be working.  I am able to get the online content.
