MyDVR Manager doesn't recognize my DVR

MyDVR Manager doesn't recognize my DVR

I keep getting the mesage "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are 
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household" This happens on and off via web or iphone app. I have the any room DVR (main DVR and a bedroom box) and the mobile app keeps saying "a new tv box has been found" and it switches from tv2 to dvr and back to tv2.

 

Basically, poorly designed technology or badly implemented...

what cable box do you have that you are trying to set up. It takes two to three days for this to be set up and working properly.   YOur account on comcasts end also might not be set up correctly and that needs to be updated.  It does work just as advertised when its done properly
