My Xfinity

I can't get into the TV/Movie site.  All I get is the runaround to sign out and all will be well when I sign back in.  When I sign back in, I'm told there is an error "error:xacsa,provision.accountMismatch:RemoveDevice"

 

How to fix?

How to fix?


This error is usually reported as using a login that is from an old inactive comcast account. Did you have an previous comcast account?
