My DVR

My DVR

When I try setting my DVR up on my phone or online, I get this error message:

 

DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are 
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

 

Both internet and cabel are "connected"...what can I do to set this up?

Having the same problem. I'm heading out to Atlanta for 3 days & need this option for the Olympics & show I'm going to miss because of the Olympics.  Please Help!
