I set up my new dcx3425 digital box yesterday morning so it has been well over 24 hours and my dr still has nt synced with internet. I can change channels from internet but not record. Just keep saying "syncing". Nobody will help. Do i need to switch to fios?

Comcastjoe: I am having the same problem - it's been about 72 hours for me. Phone support people have no idea what I'm taking about, and someone here said to "wait a few days". Can you help?
you definately have the right box. try this. go to your cable box and to the box menu, do you see remote access set up there? if you do you can delete the set up and let it try it again. If you do not, then its not set up yet.
