My DVR Settings

I have just had Comcast installed, I was under impression that anything I record on the DVR (living room) would be available to watch on the other two non dvr boxes. however when I use one of the non dvr boxes I cant access any recorded material..I press MY Dvr on the handset but it shows No Listings Available.

Is there a fix that I can do for this or will this require a tech visit..any info anybody?

You would need to have the AnyRoom DVR service installed for you to watch recordings on the other two boxes.  AnyRoom is an optional service that needs a tech visit to install.
