Movies only play once? Glitch? Bug?

Movies only play once? Glitch? Bug?

I am trying to re-watch a movie, Monsters VS Aliens, and every time we try to access it, the same 3 commercials loop about a dozen times, then black screen that says "Your movie has ended. Replay". We click replay and same loop situation happens, again and again and again. Same problem if movie accessed from the actual page.


Called, or rather TRIED to call "customer service" and talked to legit, 5 people about it, until the SIXTH rep "couldn't hear me" and hung up... this after I had given my phone# to the reps to get a call back in case something like that were to happen.  Of course I never heard from them again... This is such a small glitch for no one to be able to help with. So I have turned to the forums. 


Any help on how to get this stupid thing to work??? Thank you in advance =)
