Hello
I am trying to watch Dazed and Confused but it is only playing in duped Spanish. I've reset the app and everything but it will not play in English. Please help

Are you using the Xfinity TV App or the Xfinity TV Player App? I tested the XFINITY TV Player App and could not duplicate this issue.

We are in the process of moving all Play Now videos to the XFINITY TV Player App. We are soon releasing messaging in the XFINITY TV App that Play Now will no longer be available in that app.

 

Having two apps opposed to having an app with everything in one will help improve the performance in both apps.

 

Please try watching the video on the Player App.
