Missing purchased content

Missing purchased content

i was just forced to update from the xfinity app, where I accessed my purchased content, to the xfinity tv app, where the purchased content now does not exist.  

 

Im not currently a Comcast customer and want access to my purchases returned. I was told at the time I had to leave that I would have continued access.

cksinges -- I'm not seeing any purchased content on your account. Can you send me a list of titles you're missing? I'll also need to know what kind of device you're using the App on including what OS version it's running and if it's using WiFi or a Mobile Network.
