Missing channels from Digital Listings

Missing channels from Digital Listings

 

There are numerous channels missing from the tv guide listing. I am in Zipcode 60004 and use Prospect Heights digital as the channel lineup.

Currently missing are channels 174,176,177,178,179,180,181,182,183,184,187,188,189,190 and others

 

I am using Google Chrome as the browser.

I have the latest Google Chrome firmware # 18.0.1025.168 which is not a beta.

 

But It also performs this way using Firefox or Internet Explorer as a browser.

I have also noticed that once use set the zipcode and pick the correct channel lineup the channel lineup fails to reappear in the selection again.

For no reason the missing channels have reappeared and it has functioned correctly all day.

I am seeing all of these channels in your listings. Try this:

 

1. Go to the TV Listings Page and click the change button near the top of the grid.

 

2. If it is set to Auto, click the "Change your channel lineup" link at the bottom of the pop-up box.

 

3. Make sure that Comcast Prospect Heights Digital is selected and make sure it is set to Central Timezone and then click Save.

 

If that does not work, delete your cookies and cache and then re-enter your zip code again.

 

Let me know the results.

I did what you suggested except I do not see any AUTO setting.

I deleted my cache and cookies reset the zipcode and it worked one time and went back to the defective display with the missing channels using any browser.

do you have your broswer set to save cookies?  You need the cookie for the site to remember your settings.

To the left of this change link you will see a zip code or it may be set to Auto.
